The Mission Valley Evening Rotary cordially invites you to Novo Brazil Brewing Mission Valley for an evening of fun and competitive trivia. Test your San Diego knowledge and support a noble cause. Assemble your friends, create a team, and prepare to tackle questions about our vibrant city. Prizes will be awarded to the top trivia experts, so come prepared! Join us for a night to remember with laughter, great drinks, and a touch of friendly competition.
Sign up as an individual or in teams of up to four. Each trivia round will feature a question about San Diego alongside general knowledge queries. Novo Brazil Brewing will offer a selection of tasty food and beverages for purchase. We ask that you arrive by 3:30pm for a prompt 4:00pm start. We encourage attendees to don San Diego-themed attire; sport your favorite Padres jersey, Aztec gear, beachwear, or get inventive!
Our fundraiser aims to package 10,000 high-protein meals for the San Diego Food Bank, aiding locals facing food insecurity. California's food banks are experiencing increased demand for food assistance post-pandemic, with a decline in food donations. Our objective is to supply the San Diego Food Bank with numerous shelf-stable, protein-rich meals to satisfy the need for nutritious food.
Thanks to the Old Mission Rotary and a matching grant from Rotary District 5340, we can package over 10,000 meals if we meet our $1,450 target. Funds exceeding our goal will benefit the Mission Valley Evening Rotary Foundation (MVE Rotary Foundation), the philanthropic branch of Mission Valley Evening Rotary, which supports local and global organizations. Mission Valley Evening Rotary is a collective of business and young professional leaders in San Diego dedicated to humanitarian service and upholding high ethical standards.
