The 2018 Governors Dinner is coming June 4, 2018 at 5:00pm at the San Diego Marriott La Jolla. Over 350 Rotarians and guests are registered for this annual event, which serves as the annual district awards and induction ceremony. The ceremonial baton is passed to the 2018-19 leadership within Rotary, while recognizing our regions clubs and their outstanding achievements for the previous year.
The Governors Dinner program will include:
- Profiles on outstanding club achievements;
- The success of the Tree-Planting Challenge from RI President Ian Riseley;
- District 5340's modernization program;
- Recipients of the Clubs of the Year;
- Individual Rotary Awards, including Rotarian of the Year;
- And much, much more!
Cost per person, including three-course meal, is $49.50. For clubs that have 10 or more members registered and paid, tables will automatically be reserved. Entertainment will be provided by Larry Potter, a longtime Rotarian and Immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of San Diego Downtown (Breakfast).
