Once registration opens, you can use RI's convenient online system to register for the convention or edit your existing registration and receive an immediate confirmation. You will also be able to register by fax or email.
An email confirmation is sent to all registrations, including those registrations that are faxed and sent by post. If a letter of invitation is required for your visa application, you will receive it with your email confirmation. You can access the letter of invitation by going to the Registration page and clicking on the “Edit Existing Registration” button. This will take you to a screen where you can manage your registration, including the option to resend your confirmation.
Important deadlines
September 21, 2026: Last day for special promotional discount
March 31, 2027: Last day for preregistration discount
June 30, 2027: Last day for onsite registration.

Registration for children (age 18 and younger)
A parent or legal guardian must complete a registration form to register those of age 18 or younger. It is not possible to register children 18 and under online.

Admission to the convention's opening and closing ceremonies and general sessions, where you'll hear from inspiring and entertaining speakers, including top leaders in our organization.
Informative breakout sessions to help you build your communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Opportunities to network and exchange ideas while browsing the project and fellowship booths in the House of Friendship.
Entertainment provided by local artists and musicians in the House of Friendship and at General Sessions.
Transportation between your hotel and the convention venue, if you booked your hotel through Rotary's official housing partner, Maritz.
What's not included:
Preconvention events.
Rotary and host-ticketed events.
Accommodations, meals, and transportation to and from the airport.
If you register as Saturday, House of Friendship only, anything other than access to House of Friendship on Saturday, June 26 is not included.
