Every day, Rotary clubs make a meaningful difference in their communities. Yet too often, the stories behind that impact go untold, and the people we hope to reach never fully understand the value Rotary brings to our communities.

At a time when public awareness, community engagement, and membership growth are more important than ever, how we communicate Rotary’s impact matters.

Strengthening Rotary’s visibility and relevance throughout District 5340 is one of my priorities this year. To support this effort, we have assembled a team of experienced communications professionals and Rotarians to launch a series of practical workshops designed to help our clubs tell their stories more effectively.

This is more than another Rotary meeting. It will be a hands-on working session offering practical ideas, tools, and strategies that clubs can begin using immediately to:

• Tell compelling stories about their service and community impact.

• Increase visibility and engagement within their communities.

• Make more effective use of communications, publicity, social media, and emerging technologies.

• Attract prospective members and strengthen engagement with current members.
