Club's president-elect gathered this weekend at the LA Marriot to attend the Presidents-Elect Training Session (PETS). This is the first PETS in-person gathering since 2020. Participants receive a first-class training session geared toward arming them with the tools to be effective leaders for the upcoming Rotary year. Team building and networking are essential components of the training session as is inspiring stories and a lot of cheerleading. Make sure to ask your club's president-elect what they learned and even better ask them how you can help during their tenure as president.
