The Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary has awarded $42,000 in scholarships to students from Carlsbad High School and Sage Creek High School this week. Warmest congratulations to all the scholars who applied, underwent interviews, and were awarded. The funds were generated by the club through its dedicated Scholarship Raffle.
