The Art Pratt Foundation of Old Mission Rotary presented a grant of $6826 to Mama' Kitchen. Mama's Kitchen is a community-driven organization that believes that everyone is entitled to the basic necessity of life - nutritious food. Mama's Kitchen's nutrition services improve the lives of women, men, and children vulnerable to hunger due to HIV, cancer or other critical illnesses. Chief Executive Officer Alberto Cortés explained that the funds will be used to expand the freezer capacity at their receiving dock.
