If you need to or are in the process of becoming youth certified, there will be a live scan operator available at the District Assembly on Saturday, March 25 from 7:30 - 9:00 AM.    The normal cost is $45.00 but the District will pay the first $25.00 for a net cost to Rotarians of $20.00. Please note Life Scan only takes credit cards or check.  A live scan screening background check is a requirement for certification in addition to completing all requisite paperwork.

For Live Scan fingerprinting (a digital procedure that transmits electronically all the information to the Department of Justice and FBI), your employer/organization needs to provide a "Request for Live Scan Service" form. This form is mandatory, and you have to bring it with you, along with a government-issued photo ID.
