LEAD students from Farb Middle School in Tierrasanta visited Old Mission Rotary Club on December 3 to share their experiences at LEAD (Leadership, Ethics and Determination) Conference.  The Conference is a leadership and personal development program for 8th grade middle school students.  Talented young people attend a two-day camp developed and presented by the Rotarians of Rotary International District 5340.

Old Mission Rotary sponsored four students each from Farb Middle School and the Creative Performing and Media Arts School (CPMA) in Clairemont.  Mission Valley sunset Rotarian and Past District Governor, Marge Cole personally sponsored two more students each from both schools.

The middle school students were very grateful and excited to share their leadership weekend expedience at Camp Cuyamaca.
