Calling all youth program advisors! The LEAD Committee would love to hear from you. We currently have about 70% participation by clubs in the district. The Committee would like to talk directly to clubs who haven't had the chance to have their local middle schools participate.
We have INNOVATIVE ways to get your club involved - including tips on how to work with your school administrators to identify students and, even more importantly, finding funding options to expand your club's participation. And we're always excited about visiting clubs to pitch the program and get more enthusiasm from all club members.
All Youth Program Advisors are invited to contact Jim Piburn, District LEAD Co-Chairman, to get involved. Now that RYLA 2025 is complete, its NOW time to focus on LEAD. Many Rotarians attend both, but new participants are welcome! LEAD is a great way for newer Rotarians to become active in District 5340 Youth Programs.
