Support team is still here for you
At this time, all of ClubRunner's support team members are working remotely, and they are prioritizing email ( requests.  You can still request a call-back from their team but this may take longer than usual.  They encourage you to start a conversation with your fellow peers on the ClubRunner Community forum, where you can exchange ideas, advise and more.  As always, you can find user guides, recorded webinars and video tutorials at
What your club can do to better prepare itself.
There are lots of ways your club members can work together to thrive during this time:
  • Remote meetings: Many clubs have successfully implemented online meetings.  Rotary International has recommended Zoom, for which details can be found on the CDS Americas Facebook page, including a 20% promo code (ZoomRotary).
  • Online payments: Consider installing the Online Payment module to collect credit car payments for your club for donations, dues and other fundraising initiatives.  Click here for more information.
  • Create recurring meetings using the Event Calendar so your members are aware which link to access online and at what time, for every meeting.
  • Enable comments on a custom page to allow members to participate in a conversation.  For example, if you are promoting any nearby food drives or community organized events, consider adding a story on a private custom page where members too can input additional details on the comments section.
  • Use the ClubRunner Mobile App to keep in touch with your members, view homepage stories and to keep up-to-date with any ongoing changes.
Above all else, ClubRunner's thoughts are with those affected by the pandemic and those on the frontlines combating this daily.  They will continue to help clubs in any way possible and should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact them at
