Join the Rotary Club of Chula Vista Eastlake for a spooktacular time on the water. Join the club on Saturday, October 23 in a Haunted Harbor Boos Cruise aboard the tall ship Bill of Rights. Join in on a light meal and beverages and enjoy the the outdoors on the San Diego Bay - even catching the sunset before a spooky fog rolls in. Costumes are highly encouraged - and so is dancing.
