On Tuesday, December 9th, The Art Pratt Foundation of Old Mission Rotary presented Hands-On San Diego with a grant for $9,567 that will help pay for furniture and equipment to modernize their office.

Hands-On San Diego strengthens communities through volunteer action. The organization connects volunteers with local nonprofits, schools, and parks to create positive community impact by organizing hands-on service projects for individuals, groups, and corporate teams, focusing on areas like hunger, homelessness, environment, and wellness, ensuring meaningful experiences and strengthening the San Diego community.

Jessie Case started with Hand-On San Diego as an Americorps Volunteer Infrastructure Fellow in 2016 and was soon hired on as a staff member. She is now the Executive Director where she oversees programs, strategy, fundraising and operations.  Jessie is an amazing Rotarian who served in Pacific Beach Rotaract and is now in the Mission Valley Evening Club.
