This Thanksgiving, the Rotary Club of Escondido East came together to share hope, kindness, and community spirit. With open hearts and helping hands, club members along with Rotarians from other Escondido Rotary clubs provided Thanksgiving Dinner to seniors who are homebound.
Thanksgiving is more than a holiday; it’s a reminder of the power of service above self. Each turkey dinner delivered carried not only nourishment, but also the message that no one in our community is forgotten.
The club expresses heart-felt thanks for the volunteers, partners, and supporters who made this day possible, including Stifel Investments for providing the funding and Mikki's Restaurant for preparing the turkey dinners. Together, we turned gratitude into action, proving once again that Rotary’s impact is felt not only in grand projects, but in the simple, heartfelt moments of care.
As we look ahead, may this spirit of generosity inspire us to continue building bridges of compassion and service throughout the year.
Kudos go to Rotarians Lori, Tim and Ryan for organizing this very successful outreach for the club.
