Last month, Rotarians received the sad news that one of their own, Don Glover, passed away. Don was a proud and dedicated Rotarian, a member of the Rotary Club of Rancho Bernardo, once serving as its president.
Don was a regular attendee at the Rotary Club of Poway-Scripps meetings and its socials. When discussing how to honor him, it was suggested we do so with a paver to be displayed at Freedom Park.
The Freedom Park Project at the USS Midway Museum honors our military community. This space will be the largest public park on the West Coast dedicated to veterans, active-duty service members, and their families.
