This Rotary year, qualifying District 5340 clubs can request up to $3000 in MATCHING funds to support amazing projects in our district.
Here are the reminders for District Grant submission.
To be eligible for District Grant DDF, the Rotary club requesting the DDF allocation must have contributed either a minimum of $50 per capita to the Annual Fund or a total of $5,000 to the Annual Fund of The Rotary Foundation for the 2025-26 Rotary year!
Grant requests need to be submitted to MatchingGrants.org by end of day on Saturday, August 1, 2026 to be considered for our upcoming funding cycle. REQUESTS SUBMITTED AFTER AUGUST 1 WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED SHOULD ANY DDF REMAIN.
Additional requirements include:
Current on Rotary International and District dues.

TWO club members need to complete and pass this year’s District Grant quiz with a score of 70% and above. You can use this Powerpoint presentation to review the District Grant requirements and this link to complete the quiz.
You will need to share your Bank Account deposit information and submit as an encrypted document if your bank information changed from the previous years or if your club is applying for grants for the first time.
Other requirements:
Clubs who received District or Global Grant funding for the previous year, 2025-26, must have completed all reporting for their grants.
If projects involve youth, projects must comply with the District 5340 Youth Protection Policy.
