Torrey Pines Rotary Club member, Gordon Shurtleff and his wife, La Jolla Rotary Club member Penny Shurtleff, visited the Vineland Rotary Club in New Jersey on November 24, 2020 via Zoom to help them (club) celebrate their 100th year anniversary.
The meeting marked Gordon's 275th (different) Rotary Clubs that he's attended, in 12 states and 4 countries.
Gordon is on a mission to reach 300 different Clubs during his lifetime, but at 82, he's not sure he'll make it. But he's hopeful, dedicated and committed and he's trying.
Penny and Gordon are both life-long members of Rotary International. Penny has been a member for 33 years, and Gordon has been a member of Rotary since 1968, with 50 years of PERFECT ATTENDANCE!
