Rotary International and District By-laws require the Immediate Past District Governor to provide each club an independently reviewed annual statement and report of district finances within one year of serving. The attached statement and report will be discussed and adopted at our 2020 District Conference.
This annual statement includes, but not limited to:
- Funds from Rotary International, District and clubs,
- Funds received by or on behalf of the district from fundraising activities.
- Grants received from TRF or TRF funds designated by the district for use.
- Financial transactions of district committees.
- Financial transactions of governor by or on behalf of the district.
- Expenditures of district funds; and
- Funds received by the governor from RI.
Sonnenberg & Company, CPA’s, audited the attached financial statements of Rotary International District 5340, (a non-profit organization), which comprise the statement of financial position as of June 30, 2020, and the related statements of activities, functional expenses, and cash flows for the year then ended and related notes to the financial statements.
