On Tuesday, May 14, members and guests of the Rotary Club of El Cajon gathered to dedicate the Prescott Promenade Park Clock  in the downtown area of the City of El Cajon.  The clock project was spearheaded by Rotarian, Cheryl Minshew  and was envisioned as a way to mark time - 92 years in fact - that the El Cajon Rotary Club has been doing good in its community and in the world.  Speakers included Joe Mackey, President of the El Cajon Rotary Club and club member and El Cajon City Councilman, Bob McClellan.   Past District Governor, Scott Carr and Governor-Elect, Marta Knight were on hand to share in the celebration.  A reception followed at Testo Pepsesto Italian Restaurant.
