The Rotary Club of San Diego hosted its annual holiday program this past Thursday featuring a joyful musical celebration themed Holidays on Broadway.
The holiday choir filled the room with music that brought smiles, laughter, and the true spirit of the season to Club 33 members and guests.
This cherished tradition continues to be one of the most anticipated holiday gatherings of the year where Rotarians and friends come together to enjoy familiar Broadway holiday favorites and celebrate fellowship, community, kindness, and the joy of the season.
A special appreciation was shared for Shelly Marie Verhoye and her husband Bryan Verhoye, whose talent and musical direction make this program possible each year, and for Solveig Store Deuprey for coordinating this cherished holiday experience with such dedication and creativity.
This year’s presentation also included participation from District Governor Luis Carranza, who was honored to be part of the holiday choir performance for the third consecutive year, adding to the festive spirit of the afternoon.
If you have not attended this wonderful tradition before, mark your calendar for early December next year and plan to join Club 33 for another magical holiday celebration full of music, fellowship, and Rotary cheer.
