Want to get your club involved in a hands-on international service project close to home?

District 5340 is inviting all clubs and Rotarians to take advantage of an incredible opportunity to participate in our upcoming international service project -  Tijuana House Build in Mexico on December 4, 2021.  This project is in collaboration with Project Mercy. For traveling ease, the District is providing a bus to the location.

We’ll be building 6 houses for deserving families and there are two ways your club can participate and contribute:

Volunteers

We need approx. 90 Rotarians, Rotaractors and family/friends willing to help build the houses.  You don’t need to be skilled in construction to participate although there is a strong need for skilled workers.

Donate/Sponsor

Clubs can donate funds to sponsor the full cost to build a house, partner with another club(s) to share the cost, donate to cover the cost of some of the add-on items listed below or just donate to the project.  Donation/pledge payment must be received by 10/28/2021 and can be paid by check or credit card (directly to Project Mercy).

  • $7,500   House including Latrine
  • $6,800   House Only
  • $700      Latrine Only
