Thank you for volunteer service supporting Rotary's International Assembly 2019, the final week-long training session for District Governors-Elect an their partners from the entire World. Over 500 local volunteers help make this event happen through hosting, greeting, transporting, touring, answering questions, and giving directions.

There is no cost to attend; this is a special "thank you" to all who volunteered to make International Assembly 2019 a success. BE SURE TO REGISTER EACH VOLUNTEER WHO WILL BE ATTENDING INDIVIDUALLY, INCLUDING ANY SPOUSES THAT PARTICIPATED IN OUR VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY. One registration per person, please.
Our volunteers are also invited to attend Rotary's International Festival Gathering immediately following the reception from 7:30 pm to 10 pm.
Parking at the Hotel is not included and is expensive. You can save on the cost of parking by any of the following means:
Ride the Trolley and get off at the Kansas City BBQ Stop, directly across the street
At either bar or restaurant on the ground level of Hotel, ask for validation of your self-parking ticket, validation good for 3 hours free parking.
Flat $5.00 parking lot on the Seaport Village side of the Hotel
½ price ticket vouchers will be available (self parking $30, ½ = $15.)
