Flags on the Avenue is a unique Coronado Rotary Club community activity. Eight or nine times a year, club members place flags on Orange Avenue, the main thoroughfare in Coronado. These flags commemorate Veterans Day, Memorial Day and other holidays or when a Navy ship arrives. Each time, you will see 20 plus Rotarians walking the center median posting the flags.
