District Governor, Mel Gallegos visited the Chula Vista Noon Club to make Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) presentations to seven club members. Mel explained the impact that a Paul Harris Fellow contribution to Rotary International makes and noted these awards were all for multiple PHFs, meaning each Rotarian was committed to continuing Service Above Self.
