What an inspiring day yesterday at the Club Leadership Learning Seminar (CLLS), formerly known as District Training Assembly.

Our Club Leadership Learning Seminar is so much more than training. It is a chance for Rotarians to come together, build relationships, strengthen leadership, share ideas, and prepare to make an even greater impact in their clubs and communities.

We were grateful for such a wonderful turnout and for the energy, heart, and commitment of everyone who joined us. From membership and Foundation to public image, grants, youth programs, and leadership development, CLLS helps give our leaders the tools and confidence to serve more effectively.

It was also a special opportunity to connect with our incoming District Governor, Jeb Bakke, as we look ahead to the new Rotary year beginning July 1. There was real excitement in the room as we got a glimpse of Rotary International’s new theme, Create Lasting Impact, along with DGE Jeb’s district theme, "Top Fun".

Days like this remind us that Rotary is not just about meetings. It is about people, purpose, growth, and coming together to create something meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who attended, presented, organized, and supported this important day. You helped make it impactful, uplifting, and full of hope for what is ahead.

If you missed it this year, make plans now not to miss it next year. CLLS truly helps shape stronger clubs, stronger leaders, and a stronger district.
