Membership

Membership Committee will follow up on suggested leads from our District by checking monthly to see if there have been any proposed. If there is a lead, someone on this committee will reach out to invite the prospective new member to one of our meetings. This committee will also choose a mentor for each new member, ensure the membership process is followed, check to see if a new member has filled out the interests questionnaire, help the new member assimilate into the club etc. Red Badge requirements will be followed, and completion of the requirements reported to the President so that the appropriate ceremony can take place at a weekly meeting, in a timely manner. Should a member decide to leave the club, it will be the responsibility of the Committee Chair to notify the President so that an exit interview can take place.
