Leadership team

This team will be comprised of all past Presidents and the President - Elect. The mission of this committee is to create a 5 year strategic plan, meeting with club members in small groups to ask what they would like our club's future to be. They will meet quarterly at first, and then twice a year to follow up and report on progress. The Past - Presidents; President, and President-Elect will take turns running the weekly meetings when the President cannot attend. They will all work together throughout the year to bring the President-Elect "up to speed" to prepare him/her for their year as President. They will also work to choose at least three members who will rotate into the role of President-Elect in the succeeding years. Each year, an new slate of candidates will be proposed. These candidates may need to include those who have already served as President in past years.
