North County Rotarians, Jenny Parker and Dennis Reese have teamed up with Jerry Leggett from the Dayton, Ohio Rotary Club to celebrate peace heroes.  A Peace Heroes Walk in Carlsbad  is planned for  March 19, 2017 and is free and open to the public.  It is their hope that there will be a large Rotary presence at this event.  Mr. Leggett will be in San Diego for six weeks prior to the walk (mid-February to the end of March) speaking at a number of Rotary clubs and events.  He is also here promoting and recruiting members for the Rotarian Action Group for Peace.  Please contact Jenny Parker if you would like Jerry Leggett to speak to your club during the time he is here.  Jenny can be reached at Jenny@jparkermd.net   To learn more about this peace walk.
