District 5340 Host Hospitality Evening

22 January 2011 - Saturday Afternoon and Evening

As District Governors Elect from 534 districts from around the world gather for training in San Diego, the Rotary Clubs of our District has the opportunity to Host them for an afternoon and evening. You or your Club now are invited to share, by registering to Host a couple or several couples. You may simply entertain one or more couples to a tour of San Diego and dinner, or have your Club put on an evening of entertainment, fun and fellowship.

Your responsibility will be to contact your assigned guests and arrange to pick them up at their Hotel at your determined time, share the afternoon and/or evening and then return them. We do have DGEs who speak Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Japanese and Spanish for special opportunities.
