Website and Facebook as Membership Tools
Does your club want to grow? Did you know that for people under 45 years of age, your club's first impression will likely be digital. That means that if your club's website and Facebook page doesn't tell Rotary's story, the very prospects who could become leaders for your club will not even consider Rotary membership.
Your club's website needs to tell the stories about the projects your club has done and the way that these projects made a difference in the lives of the beneficiaries and your members. In truth, Rotary Changes Lives and Rotarians themselves are rewarded by the knowledge of the priceless contributions we do to, for example, eradicate Polio.
Interact FaceBook Page |
Beside your club's website, your club needs to have a FaceBook page. There is a Rotary presentation that might give you some ideas on how to use Facebook: http://www.slideshare.net/Rotary_International/5-things-every-rotary-club-facebook-page-should-have You can download the Powerpoint presentation, and make a few tweaks to your own pages.
