San Diego Rotary, Downtown Breakfast Club, will host Garth Stein, New York Times Bestselling author of "The Art of Racing in The Rain" for a luncheon/book-signing on October 17th at 11:30 a.m. at San Diego's most incredible setting, The University Club!
