Directory Pictures Needed

Now that the transition to ClubRunner has been completed, the directory for the district has to be updated with pictures. New pictures are recommented because the pictures from the old directory in many cases are being displayed as pixelated (fuzzy) images.  

Because of the way that the pictures in the old directory were stored;

1. they could not be directly transferred into the ClubRunner district roster and

2. the pictures that were stored are low resolution pictures. ClubRunner can display much higher resolution directory pictures that the old district website. 

The upload of pictures has to be done manually, whether old pictures are used or new pictures are taken.

The best way to get pictures into the directory is for each member to upload his or her photo onto their club or the district ClubRunner directory. The photo should be a high-resolution color head and shoulder photo of each member. If a member uploads a picture, that member can also verify the information contained in the district directory.  Since the directory is integrated with the RI member database, you will be correcting any errors that may be in that database.  You secretary will be pleased to get your help.
