If you like live music, sunshine and moonlight, and the beauty of glistening lakes, then the Santee Lakeside Rotary Club's Concert at the Lakes might perk your interest.  This year's concert features the tribute band - The Long Run (a crowd favorite) and a Heart tribute band - Dog and Butterfly.  This sell-out concert benefits the Santee-Lakeside Rotary Club's Youth Scholarship Program targeting students, who for a variety of reasons, may not graduate without some encouragement and guidance.  Scholarships are offered to students from El Capitan, Santana and West Hills High Schools.  Rotarians serve as mentors and the program offers the equivalent cost of attending a two-year community college towards any accredited college or trade school if the student graduates on time with their class and adheres to behavior requirements and participates in community service.

The concert, held at the beautiful Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve, offers both dinner and lawn  seating options and will have Shotgun Tom Kelly as its Master of Ceremonies.  For more information, please go to: www.concertatthelakes.com.
